I'm not really sure what to write about. My mind is getting blown everyday that there is so much I can just vomit onto a blog post but I don't even know where to start. So much to process.

But this week has been all about the simple gospel. What life is about. Straight up. Our speaker Adam Cox is leading us through the whole Bible in 4 days. It is absolutely incredible. There is so much to the Bible that we never realize. So much interwoven in the depths of the words that there is something new to learn everytime we read that one chapter or one verse. And God uses people like Adam to speak through and bring revelation into our hearts and open our eyes more to him. That is my prayer for you. That God will use my weak words on this blog to speak directly to your heart. That the podcasts will bring you into full restoration of what life is meant to be.

I think all I can say is that if you want to truly know what the Bible and what life is about then listen to the podcasts from this week. Honestly, that's what I highly recommend out of all my weeks here. If you thirst for more understanding, please take the time to listen. Seek out God because he is there and he is striving after your heart. Whether you believe in Him or not, He is still there loving you and desiring a relationship with him.

Also...
Yesterday I started the book "Radical" by David Platt
Everything that I have been processing about the American church is being summed up and delved into in this book. It discusses how the American culture has warped what Jesus was truly about the how life is really suppose to be lived. Most of the time people are hurt by the church because of believers not living out the true gospel. God does not call us to focus on earning as much money as you can and living an empty life and pointless dream. Get this book!!!!!  
It is one of the best I have ever read. And believe every Christian should read it.

On a different note, one month until I leave for Amsterdam! Thank you so much to everyone who has been financially and prayerfully supporting me. Such a blessing, truly. I am still in need of about $1000 total for the whole trip (as long as my car sells...) God is so good to provide!!! Seriously.
